INTEGRA Biosciences reports third consecutive
year of double-digit growth ..
 

INTEGRA Biosciences , a specialist supplier of innovative laboratory products, has reported its third successive year of double-digit international sales growth for the financial period ending December 2006.

 

Benefiting from increased international sales / marketing activity, investment in additional production capacity and several new product introductions during 2006 the company continued its strong worldwide growth. Notable successes for the company included further strengthening of media preparation equipment sales to microbiology and plant biotech laboratories and doubling of turnover in the Asia-Pacific region. The company expects continued high double-digit growth in this region during 2007.

  
 
 

Reflecting upon the positive year – Alexander Studer (Director of Marketing and Business Development) commented ‘Striving to fulfil customers needs with introduction of innovative new products, providing top-level support and maintaining high product quality as well as ontime deliveries were key to our continued growth in 2006’.

During 2006 - INTEGRA Biosciences introduced the TUBEFILLER test tube dispensing system, an option that seamlessly expands the functionality of its popular MEDIAJET Automated Petri Dish Filler, and the DOSE IT programmable peristaltic pump with its novel highly intuitive user interface. Looking into 2007 the company is planning to introduce further new products and product upgrades to facilitate its targeted market growth in Europe, North America and Asia / Pacific.
