Warranty Disclaimer - 3 year extended warranty:
PIPETBOY pipette controllers are designed and manufactured following high standards in quality and durability. In this regard INTEGRA Biosciences AG offers you the possibility to register for a 3 year warranty extension. INTEGRA Biosciences AG warrants PIPETBOY for an additional period of 2 years after expiry of the 1 year warranty from your original purchase date.
This warranty extension covers defective materials. Defects causes by incorrect handling, exceptional stresses, failure to follow the instructions for assembly, operating and maintenance, or unauthorized operations are not covered by the warranty extension. Equally not covered by the warranty is reasonable wear and tear of specified parts, degradation of batteries, consumable parts including filter and silicone pipette holder.
All claims under the extended warranty must be formally communicated to the distributor through whom the product covered by the warranty extension was purchased. No goods may be returned to INTEGRA Biosciences AG without the authorization of INTEGRA Biosciences AG.
The warranty becomes valid after registering the product online within a period of 30 days after date of purchase.
The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and can not be assigned or transferred.
