Peristaltic Pump

Peristaltic Pump

Portable and easy to use

Peristaltic pumps, also known as tubing pumps, are often the first choice when it comes to dispensing liquids. These pumps move reagents through a tubing by mechanically deforming them i.e. squeezing them. The pressure rollers in the peristaltic pumps transport sensitive samples, for example blood cells, in a particularly protective manner. A big advantage of peristaltic pumps is that the liquid is transported within a completely closed tube system. The liquid therefore does not come into contact with the pump itself and the tubing can be cleaned and sterilized after use.

Our DOSE IT peristaltic pump is an easy to use device that can be used for many purposes. It is extremely light (only 3.5 kg) and fits anywhere in the laboratory. Alongside standard applications (e.g. dispensing and pumping) it is also easy to create individual programs, e.g. dispensing with continually increasing speed for density gradients.
