Embark on a remarkable journey to streamline laboratory processes and achieve exceptional results with our pipetting robots. Join our dynamic team as a Product Manager to lead the advancement of automated pipetting solutions and software, shaping the future of liquid handling automation.
Your main tasks will be
- Play a pivotal role in driving the success of our pipetting robots in the marketplace and developing strategies to enhance their market position in the field of liquid handling automation
- Utilize your knowledge of laboratory processes to identify customer requirements and ensure our pipetting robots address their evolving needs
- Conduct customer visits to gather insights and identify areas for product improvement, ensuring our solutions exceed customer expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop new products and accessories, catering to emerging trends in the life science industry
- Create compelling marketing content to effectively promote and support our existing and future pipetting robot products
- Coordinate and manage product launches and provide training and support to the sales organization to enable them to effectively promote and sell our pipetting robot solutions
What we expect from you
- Basic scientific or technical training – preferably in Life Sciences
- Exceptional business acumen to drive strategic decision-making for a successful product portfolio
- Application knowledge in laboratory processes is a strong advantage
- A self-confident proactive personality paired with strong social and team skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel up to 15% for customer engagement and project collaborations
