To support our global marketing activities, we are looking to strengthen our Marketing Communications team in Switzerland with a highly motivated, creative personality.

Your main tasks will be

• Organize Swiss trade shows and assist with some European exhibitions
• Manage printed marketing materials, generate giveaway ideas, purchase promotional items and maintain stock for events
• Manage inbox leads, handle B-Lead invitations, adjust templates, and update distribution partners' contact list annually
• Coach and assign tasks to apprentices, plan and evaluate practical assignments
• Set up and maintain media channel controls, review and approve invoices, finalize the annual media budget, and monitor credit card transactions
• Set up customer surveys and write minutes for monthly EU sales calls

What we expect from you

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales, customer service, marketing or communication setting
• Fluent verbal communication and written grammar in English and German, French is a plus
• Open, people-oriented personality
• Team player committed to work in a cross-functional team
• Detail oriented person with strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently and prioritize them to meet deadlines
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point is required
• Experience with Mailchimp and Salesforce CRM are a plus
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator are a plus
