Job Summary

INTEGRA Biosciences Corporation is an industry leader in innovative liquid handling products for the medical diagnostics, pharmaceutical, biotech, and food industries.  Join our team as a Customer Service Representative to support and expand our range of pipettes and single-use laboratory products. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing order status updates, and offering information on INTEGRA's extensive range of laboratory products.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional telephone etiquette and customer service.
• Actively track and monitor orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage inventory releases efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to exceed customer service expectations.
• Provide timely and accurate feedback to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries, including order status updates.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• College degree preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM platforms.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills to manage various customer needs.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.
