INTEGRA Biosciences develops, produces and distributes innovative liquid handling devices for the precise dosing of liquids for use in biotech and pharmaceutical research. We are an SME with 300 employees worldwide, 120 of which are located at our headquarters in Zizers. Our products are manufactured in Switzerland and the USA and are distributed worldwide through our own subsidiaries in Germany, France, Switzerland, UK, USA, China and Japan.

To keep pushing forward our company-wide digital transformation projects, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (m/f).

Your responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and lead our digital marketing projects 
  • Ensure a strong customer focus during all phases of projects
  • Initiate new projects to drive the digital transformation of our company
  • Plan, coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Plan and implement SEM strategies (website and social media)
  • Manage an effective coordination and collaboration with external agencies
  • Prepare and manage digital marketing budgets (website, social media and SEA)
  • Track and report important KPIs (website, social media, SEA and webshop)
  • Secure a complete transfer of relevant customer data into the Salesforce CRM to monitor the success of all campaigns and to ensure a seamless transfer of leads to the sales team

What we expect from you

  • Strong project management skills – ability to handle multiple projects independently and prioritize them to meet deadlines 
  • A minimum of 5 year experience in a digital marketing, communication or business IT setting
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in digital marketing, communications or a related field
  • Team player committed to work in cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German (C1 level) are a must
  • A deep understanding of website and marketing analytics
  • Solid understanding of web metrics with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
  • Working experience in creating, optimizing and monitoring PPC campaigns
  • Proficient in CRM, CMS and ecommerce software tools, working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Python are a plus
