The B2B e-commerce coordinator is a member of the global Application IT department and is responsible for support and coordination of INTEGRA's US B2B eCommerce operations, including first-level support for our US Customer Servicing team. The ideal candidate can look forward to joining INTEGRA's dynamic Application IT department at an exciting moment as we build and deliver best-in-class digital solutions for our growing business.

Our flexible workplace policy allows working from home 1-2 days per week.


  • Efficiently organize, delegate, and execute operational tasks on Salesforce B2B Commerce on Lightning Experience, including routine maintenance, regular monitoring, required platform adjustments, and integration partner adjustments/upgrades
  • Conduct B2B webshop quality assurance processes, including writing/updating test scripts and assisting in regular regression testing
  • Support the US Sales and Marketing teams on key business objectives and initiatives that run through the B2B webshop channel
  • Regularly collect B2B webshop feedback and reported issues from various departments, and work with the departments on appropriate impact and priority assignment
  • Effectively communicate operational status and issues to the global Application IT department in a timely manner
  • Be a local advocate for the global Application IT digital strategy through regular alignment and status calls with the global IT department, eCommerce strategy team, and external B2B webshop partners as required
  • Assist in local stakeholder management under advisement from the global Application IT department and eCommerce strategy team


  • Completed studies in business informatics or comparable education
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in eCommerce operations
  • Salesforce experience required; experience with other CRM/Commerce environments, such as SAP, is an advantage
  • Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to work across multiple teams & projects
  • Experience reviewing business requirements, writing test plans, and reviewing test plans with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Previous experience using MS Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, JIRA, Confluence
  • A true team player that's collaborative, dependable, able to work independently, and enjoys new and exciting challenges
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working in both waterfall and agile project settings

  • Very good language skills in English
