Frequently asked questions about our new webshop

On May 10, 2022, we will launch a new webshop for our customers in the United States, replacing our current webshop. We answered some frequently asked questions about its functionalities and the transition to the new shop below. For additional information, please contact @email or +1 603 578 5800.

Where can I find the new shop?

As soon as the new shop has been launched, you can access it through the URL you used to reach our previous shop: https://shop.integra-biosciences.com

Will I still be able to use the current shop?

No, the new shop will replace our current shop.

What happens to orders placed in the current shop that are still open when the new shop goes live?

These orders will be processed as usual.

I already have an account in your current shop. Will this account automatically be transferred to the new shop?

Yes, to make the transition as easy as possible for you, we will transfer your account to the new shop. You will receive an email asking you to activate it and set a new password on the day of the launch.

Unfortunately, some accounts could not be transferred to the new shop. If your account is one of them, you will receive an email asking you to register for the new shop on the day of the launch.

What happens if I forget my new password? How can I reset it?

The new shop will have a 'reset your password' page allowing you to reset your password in case you forget it.

Why will you launch a new shop?

The new shop will offer additional functionalities such as the possibility to:

  • select additional payment methods
  • order using a PO number
  • request a quote before ordering
  • create a wish list
  • see account specific pricing

What will be the additional payment possibilities in the new shop?

Depending on your customer status at INTEGRA, you will be able to choose between payment by credit card, by invoice or by prepayment.

Will I see orders that I placed in the current shop in my order history in the new shop?

No, in the order history of the new shop you will only see orders that you placed online using the new shop.

Will I see offline orders that I placed by email or phone in my order history in the new shop?

No, in the order history of the new shop you will only see orders that you placed online using the new shop.

Will I be able to cancel orders that I placed online using the new shop?

You cannot cancel your order online, but you can contact @email or +1 603 578 5800 and we will cancel the order for you.
