Single channel pipettes
Single channel pipettes
A single channel pipette, also referred to as single channel micropipette, is used to aspirate and dispense a measured amount of liquid. As it contains a single channel, it can transfer one aliquot at a time, and is therefore mostly used for low throughput laboratory applications. Single channel pipettes use disposable pipette tips and are available in manual and electronic versions.
Manual single channel pipettes
Our EVOLVE manual single channel pipettes are lightweight with low plunger force and use a three dial system, similar to a combination lock, for straightforward volume adjustments by changing a single digit at a time. This allows for quick volume changes that don't affect the wrist like the typical approach of twisting the plunger. Another ergonomic benefit of EVOLVE pipettes is that they use GRIPTIPS which snap effortlessly onto the tip fittings and can be easily ejected. EVOLVE manual single channel pipettes fall into the category of adjustable volume pipettes and are available in the versions listed below:
2 µl pipette
with a volume range of 0.2 – 2 µl
10 µl pipette
with a volume range of 1 – 10 µl
20 µl pipette
with a volume range of 2 – 20 µl
100 µl pipette
with a volume range of 10 – 100 µl
200 µl pipette
with a volume range of 20 – 200 µl
1 ml pipette
with a volume range of 100 – 1000 µl
5 ml pipette
with a volume range of 500 – 5000 µl
Electronic single channel pipettes
Our VIAFLO electronic single channel pipettes feature a one-button plunger control and an intuitive thumbwheel design allowing you to aspirate and dispense using zero force. Moreover, the use of GRIPTIPS, INTEGRA's proprietary pipette tips, further improves pipetting ergonomics. Several predefined pipetting modes, as well as custom multi-step programs, can be used to speed up workflows and improve reproducibility. VIAFLO electronic single channel pipettes fall into the category of adjustable volume pipettes and are available in the versions listed below:
12.5 µl pipette
with a volume range of 0.5 – 12.5 µl
50 µl pipette
with a volume range of 2 – 50 µl
125 µl pipette
with a volume range of 5 – 125 µl
300 µl pipette
with a volume range of 10 – 300 µl
1250 µl pipette
with a volume range of 50 – 1250 µl
5 ml pipette
