INTEGRA Biosciences Corporation is an industry leader of innovative liquid handling products for the medical diagnostics, pharmaceutical, biotech, and food industries. The role of the Business Analyst ERP is to support the global Application IT ERP team in daily business. Supporting the business with technical issues, working on cross-functional projects and form the connection between the business departments and Application IT.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Analysis of existing business processes, identification of potential for improvement and implementation of suitable solutions in ERP 
  • Supporting the business departments in ERP issues 
  • Worldwide training of our employees on the optimal use of the various IT applications 
  • Maintenance of the current ERP solution SAP Business One and its add-ons 
  • Support in the implementation of a new global ERP landscape 
  • Second-level support for current and future ERP solution 
  • IT project management 
  • Main point of contact for Warehouse Management Software (LISA) and UPS integration 
  • Provides support and direction to users for production software add-on 
  • Analysis of business data and creation of reports used by business 
  • Contact person for Microsoft Power Bl application

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Completed studies in business informatics or comparable training 
  • At least 3 years of professional experience with ERP systems, Infor LN knowledge is an advantage 
  • In-depth knowledge of M365, Confluence, and Jira knowledge is an advantage 
  • Experience in the maintenance and development of middleware software
  • Knowledge of operational procedures and processes in an international, manufacturing industrial company 
  • Flair for information technologies and very good technical understanding 
  • Team player and cooperative, independent, and responsible personality 
  • Project management (traditional and agile) experience as a project manager and staff member 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel 5-10%
