Effortless PCR purification

MAGFLO NGS beads are designed for PCR purification protocols. Their simple, three-step protocol efficiently removes unincorporated dNTPs, excess primers, primer dimers, salts and enzymes, ensuring a high amplicon recovery rate, particularly for those larger than 100 bp. Automation of this process enhances reproducibility, with no need for centrifugation or filtration, enabling faster protocols.

Your end-to-end automated solution

Seamlessly combine the MAGFLO magnetic beads with the MAG and HEATMAG modules for efficient and reliable magnetic separation of nucleic acids.
