Should an instrument require repair, please follow the steps below to get it running again quickly:
On-site Repair Service
Contact your technical support team.
Send-in Repair Service
- Register your product for send-in repair or contact your technical support team.
- If it turns out that the issue cannot be solved by phone or email support, we will issue a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#)
- You can then return your product. Please make sure that you include a fully completed and signed Declaration on the Absence of Health Hazard and that the RMA# is clearly printed outside of the return package.
