How it works
The I.DOT LT precisely delivers liquids in the range of 17.3 nl to 30 µl with an impressive 0.1 nl resolution. It performs non-contact dispensing by delicately ejecting droplets into target microplates using advanced positive pressure modulation. The I.DOT LT is designed for easy and efficient low-volume reagent dispensing and workflow miniaturization, making it accessible to every laboratory and unlocking new levels of productivity.
Non-contact, pressure-based dispensing
A dispense channel is formed between the dispense head and the liquid source well. Finely modulated pressure pulses enable droplets ranging from 17.3 to 50 nanoliters to be ejected from a 100 µm orifice at the bottom of the liquid source well, offering total dispense volumes up to 30 µl. The high quality disposable source wells are an integral component of the I.DOT LT dispenser, ensuring precise and reliable performance with each droplet dispensed.
