Thank you for purchasing a PIPETBOY acu 2 or pro. We hope you are enjoying your new product.

Registration form

Your pipet controller comes with a warranty of 1 year. To request an extension of the warranty to up to 3 years, please complete and submit the following registration form within the first 12 months of your original warranty. All required fields must be filled out correctly in order for the warranty to be valid.

It is possible that an extension of the warranty for your pipet controller is not available, either because the registration period has expired or the information provided is incorrect. We will contact you as soon as the registration has been reviewed.

Warranty disclaimer – 3-year extended warranty:
PIPETBOY acu 2 and pro pipet controllers are designed and manufactured following high standards in quality and durability. INTEGRA Biosciences AG offers you the possibility to register for a 3-year warranty extension. INTEGRA Biosciences AG warranties PIPETBOY for an additional period of 2 years after the expiration of the 1-year warranty from your original purchase date.

This warranty extension covers defective materials. Defects causes by incorrect handling, exceptional stresses, failure to follow the instructions for assembly, operating and maintenance, or unauthorized operations are not covered by the warranty extension. Reasonable wear and tear of specified parts, degradation of batteries, consumable parts including  the filter and silicone pipet holder are also not covered by the warranty. All claims under the extended warranty must be formally communicated to the distributor through whom the product covered by the warranty extension was purchased. No goods may be returned to INTEGRA Biosciences AG without the authorization of INTEGRA Biosciences AG.

The warranty becomes valid after registering the product online.
The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and cannot be assigned or transferred to someone else.

Warranty extension is not available for PIPETBOY GENIUS pipet controllers.
