The ASSIST PLUS pipetting robot streamlines 16S metagenomic sequencing library preparation while improving throughput, precision and reliability. The bead clean-up step is an integral part of 16S library prep and can easily be carried out using an INTEGRA MAG module. This magnetic separation device uses vertical magnet array movements to enable automated magnetic bead handling, avoiding unnecessary manual interventions.
