Manufacturing Technician III

2nd Shift | On-site | Hudson, NH

INTEGRA Biosciences is a global leader in innovative liquid handling solutions for the medical, biotech, pharmaceutical, and food industries. We're seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician III to support our injection molding and automation operations on 2nd shift (2:30pm-11:00pm). 

What You'll Do

  • Set up, change over, and troubleshoot injection molding machines
  • Install and remove molds
  • Perform material and color changes
  • Set up and troubleshoot automation, robotics, and auxiliary equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections
  • Optimize machine performance for quality and efficiency
  • Support new equipment launches and process improvements
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Mentor less-experienced team members

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of manufacturing or process technician experience
  • Injection molding experience required
  • Experience with automation, robotics, and troubleshooting equipment
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
  • Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

  • Thin-wall plastics molding experience
  • Hot Runner mold experience
  • Cleanroom manufacturing experience
  • Familiarity with engineered materials
