出来るだけ早く再稼働できるよう、サポート致します

機器の修理が必要な場合は、以下の手順に従ってください

On-site Repair Service

  • Contact your technical support team.

Send-in Repair Service

  • Register your product for send-in repair or contact your technical support team.
  • If it turns out that the issue cannot be solved by phone or email support, we will issue a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#)
  • You can then return your product. Please make sure that you include a fully completed and signed Declaration on the Absence of Health Hazard and that the RMA# is clearly printed outside of the return package.
