ECO racks: more sustainable than ever
Sustainability is an increasingly important consideration for laboratories around the world. The newly evolved ECO rack GRIPTIPS are part of this effort, giving labs a more environmentally conscious option for everyday liquid handling.
Translucent inserts: more versatile after recycling
The ECO rack inserts are now translucent rather than fully pigmented, making the recycled material more suitable for a wider range of new products. We have also begun transitioning our ECO racks to rPET, and will gradually extend this across the entire range. For labs, this means a more sustainable choice, without any changes to their established liquid handling workflows.
Designed to save space
Space is often at a premium in laboratories, and bulky empty tip racks can quickly create clutter around busy workstations and fill recycling containers. The new ECO racks retain the practical, space-saving features of the existing line. Once empty, they can be stacked and compressed, minimizing the amount of space they occupy before recycling. This makes it easier for laboratories to manage used racks efficiently, helping to keep benches and workspaces tidy and clutter free.
